Good Day!

What a Good Day! So grateful to God for the opportunity to do another segment. Oh! What Fun!

Picnics should be fun, relaxing andplenty of good eats. Today on Fox19 Now I shared picnic tips with the viewers. From salad in mason jars to kid friendly  PB&J skewers. I also made a mufalata sandwich that was very easy to prepare.(See *recipe below). I'm not a recipe cook, I cook by taste and inspiration so please don't expect any measurements from me.

Mufaleta

Italian Loaf

Cut in 1/2 and pull out some of the bread inside out.

Purchase your favorite Italian meats and cheeses.

Mortadella, Pepperoni, Salami, Cappacola etc.

The topping is

Cauliflower Pepperoncini

Carrots olives  Black and Green really any variety. Olive oil a lil  balsamic vingarette and italian spices and chop awayyyy! Until it  almost becomes minced. Add  the mixture to the sandwich and press down, if you have time wrap it in plastic wrap for about and hour, It will taste even better! Enjoy!!

Walking by Faith and not by sight.

I wish I could say I have it all together  and that every "t " is crossed and every "i " is dotted but i don't. Truth is im still building my business one day at a time.I have had some some great opportunities to showcase my business, and I am grateful for every single one. Walking out Gods plan will make you  feel fearful, inadequate, not qualified etc., but you have to do it anyway if you want to see something different.  This is my 2nd time on Fox 19 and each time I have thoughts of "You dont know what your doing". Whether its true or not I'm not stopping, walking by faith requires me to trust God to get me where I need to be in the appropiate timing. Enjoy the segment below  and please know my insides are shaking, I'm sweating praying and fighting all kind of negative thoughts  .......BUTTT!! I DID IT!! GLORY TO GOD! Don't let fear stop you, WALK IT OUT!

The Knot Review

If you are looking for an amazing event coordinator, Wilma Rosser is your lady! And if you’re looking for a phenomenal caterer, Jessie’s Table is for you! We used Wilma Rosser for her services as day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we got so much more than that. Not only did she offer us professional execution and work her magic to keep us sane on our wedding day, but she checked up on us frequently for months before the wedding, encouraging us, and even sending us ideas and sales that she had found for things she knew we still needed. Furthermore, she has great connections in the industry, so if there’s any service you still need, she can recommend a few of her solid, trustworthy contacts. Even better, if you’re still on the market for a caterer, she does that too! Her company, Jessie’s Table, catered my bridal shower: the food was delectable, the service was impeccable, and the set-up was gorgeous. I was utterly impressed. From a “Create-your-own-bubbly bar,” stocked with fresh fun flavors, to the to-die-for spinach dip, to the cutest little cupcakes, it was more than I had even dreamed. We signed up for a day-of coordinator, and now we feel like we’ve gained a family member (partly because we want her to bring a dish to all the potlucks)! We can’t wait to work with Wilma and Jessie’s Table on our next event!
